I am reporting a sophisticated campaign of Digital Gaslighting, Extortion and Psychological Harassment. Since the activation of the research project LEGION 3, I have been subjected to unauthorized "root-level" intrusion of my personal devices. They are utilizing this access to monitor my activities in real-time and manipulate my device’s audio output to deliver death threats and demands for the removal of LEGION3.org. The primary objective of these actors is to force the deletion of my website and research through a protocol of "Psychological Terror." This is not standard malware; it is a Psychological Warfare Tool designed to discredit me through Real-Time Audio Replacement. The malware utilizes Anti-Forensic Heuristics—programmed to 'go silent' when the device is observed by third parties" a deliberate tactic to make me appear mentally unstable to law enforcement, mental health professionals or anyone that visits the website. The hackers coordinate the digital threats with real-world pressure. The Goal is to get an untrained observer to make this stress looks like "paranoia," which is exactly the label the harassers want to apply to me to bury the LEGION 3 research. My research poses a threat to institutional control.By hacking my device to make me appear mentally unstable, my adversaries ensure that the scientific community views my research on LEGION3.org as a symptom of a crisis rather than a breakthrough in bio-electric physics, the adversaries ensure that the scientific community never looks at my LEGION3.org essays. They don't have to disprove my " theories if they can convince the public that im experiencing a "mental health crisis." The hacking of my mobile device is a targeted psychological operation. The actors are using Remote Unauthorized Access (RUA) to inject audio threats into my personal media. This is a deliberate attempt to force me to delete LEGION3.org and to discredit my research. The attackers have demonstrated knowledge of my physical surroundings and private conversations, indicating active microphone and camera persistence. The actors have explicitly stated through the hijacked audio that the harassment will continue until I delete my website, this indicates a non-random, targeted campaign aimed at silencing my public story. By making the threats 'transient' and 'invisible' to outsiders, the hackers are attempting to use the legal and psychiatric systems as weapons of suppression. In response to the high-level digital threats I had already received, I deliberately sought out a highly visible public location with witnesses before coming to a stop, ensuring my physical safety and creating a record of the interaction. Upon and before surrender, the arresting officers immediately engaged in verbal hostility, establishing a baseline of aggression before I was even transported.

Threats During Processing:

While being processed inside the PRPD holding station, the same arresting officers targeted me while I was restrained. The arresting officers issued direct verbal threats against my life. These threats were made while I was restrained and in their custody, establishing a clear intent of intimidation. Three officers were part of this intimidation that was meant to further scare me into deleting the website. This was repeatedly done until I was placed in my holding cell.

Observed Sexual Misconduct/Coerced Act:

During my detention Immediately following the threats against my life, the same officers engaged in an act of extreme sexual violence and professional misconduct. I witnessed these officers utilize their authority to force a detainee in the adjacent holding cell to perform a sexual act on an officer. This act is documented here as a "Performance of Power." Whether this was a random act of depravity or a calculated attempt to traumatize and intimidate me (Witness Intimidation), it serves as objective evidence of the environment of lawlessness and "Psychological Terror" I was subjected to during my confinement.
